Company
An independent advertising platform that keeps both sides honest
Samrei was started by people who have spent years on both sides of the ad-tech table: buying media that under-delivered and selling inventory that was under-valued. We built the platform we wished we had.
Why we exist
A shorter path between budget and audience
Advertising technology has become a maze of intermediaries, each taking a share and none accountable for the result. Advertisers pay for impressions nobody saw. Publishers receive a fraction of what their audience is worth, weeks late, with a statement nobody can reconcile.
Samrei is our answer: a direct marketplace with a short, auditable path between the budget and the page. We run the auction, operate the quality filters, review every creative and every property by hand, and publish what we measure.
We are a small, independent team and we intend to stay that way. We grow through partners who recommend us, not by squeezing the ones we already have.
Principles
Four commitments behind every decision
Transparency
Placement-level data for advertisers, placement-level revenue for publishers, plain-language statements for everyone. Nobody should need to guess where the money went.
Fairness
A marketplace only works when both sides win. We price inventory honestly, reject invalid traffic on both ends and never play one partner against another.
Reliability
Payouts land on schedule, campaigns deliver as configured and a person answers when you ask. Dependable infrastructure is the point.
Respect for users
Opt-in formats, frequency capping, no deceptive creatives and no dark patterns. Advertising people tolerate is advertising that keeps working.
